🛠️ Project: Warp Core Refit - Final Consolidation

Objective: Finalize the migration to the Unified Vault and decommission legacy VMs.

🏁 Phase 1: Halt Operations

  • Action: Stop all containers on isolinear-video (192.168.1.12) and holodeck-subspace (192.168.1.11).
  • Checkpoint: 🔴 Awaiting Manual Shutdown.

🔄 Phase 2: Final Library Sync

  • Action: Execute 03_start_migration.sh on memory-alpha.
  • Goal: Move the remaining ~90GB of Video data to /mnt/vault/media.
  • Checkpoint: ⏳ Pending Phase 1.

🧠 Phase 3: Config Migration

  • Action: Sync /opt/docker_data from old VMs to new physical nodes.
  • Starfleet-Compute: Gets Radarr, Sonarr, qBit (Video), Readarr, qBit (Audio).
  • Risa-Mediacore: Gets Overseerr.
  • Checkpoint: ⏳ Pending Phase 2.

🚀 Phase 4: Deploy Engine Room (Starfleet)

  • Action: Deploy the consolidated Backend Stack on starfleet-compute.
  • Goal: Centralize all "Work" (Unpacking/Repairing) on the i7 Gen 3 node.
  • Checkpoint: ⏳ Pending Phase 3.

📺 Phase 5: Deploy Front of House (Risa)

  • Action: Deploy Overseerr on risa-mediacore.
  • Goal: Provide a snappy UI for requests alongside Plex.
  • Checkpoint: ⏳ Pending Phase 4.

🔄 Phase 6: Incomplete Sync & Resume

  • Action: Sync the incomplete downloads to the new Vault.
  • Action: Perform "Force Recheck" in qBittorrent.
  • Checkpoint: ⏳ Pending Phase 5.

✅ Final Success Criteria

  1. All data resides in /mnt/vault.
  2. Apps on Starfleet handle all downloads.
  3. Apps on Risa handle all streaming/requests.
  4. Old Proxmox VMs are deleted.
