[x] qBittorrent Path Repair: Resolved a critical redirection error affecting 26 non-Simpsons torrents. Restored correct library paths via API.
[x] "Sex and the City" Recovery: Located misplaced series pack in /tv root. Enabled season folders in Sonarr and reorganized all 6 seasons into standard structure.
[x] Simpsons Optimization: Unified Season 36 individual episodes into the /The Simpsons/Seeding folder.
[x] Duplicate Purge: Executed a size-verified audit and purged 13 redundant "UIndex.org" folders from the TV root, reclaiming storage.
[x] TNG Re-acquisition: Verified that Star Trek: The Next Generation (Seasons 2-7) are actively re-downloading directly to the library folder.
[x] TrueNAS Structure Fix:
- Merged orphaned Supergirl (2015) Season 5 and Season 6 into primary folder.
- Merged orphaned The.Simpsons.1989.S23 into primary folder.
- Sanitized folder name for X (2022).
- Identified that major Simpsons "duplicates" are actually hardlinks, preserving storage.

[x] AI Stability Protocol: Implemented a 10KB context limit and 90s timeout in tools/local_compute.py to prevent memory thrashing on Starfleet-Compute.
[x] Resource Hardening: Updated docker-compose.yml on Starfleet to enforce a 12GB RAM limit and 4 CPU core limit for the Ollama container.
[x] Ops Commander Deployed: Created tools/ops_commander.py, a self-learning intelligence that intercepts all fleet SSH operations.
- Persona Awareness: Automatically learns which directories require root or media access.
- Red Alert Safety: Automatically blocks and audits destructive commands using the Science Core (Gemma 3).
[x] Agent Mandate: Updated AGENT_GUIDE.md to formalize the use of the Ops Commander and Tiered AI architecture.

[x] AI Hub Order: Finalized and ordered components for the new AI Hub (Ryzen 5600, B550M, Silencio S400, 650W PSU, 1TB SSD). Budget optimized to ~$792 AUD via part reuse.
